Position : Administrative Support
Company Industry : Professional Information Services
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0900 hour to 1700)
Working Location :Remote Work
Working Duration: 24 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Salary range RM4,000 – RM5,500 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage
WHO CAN APPLY?
Minimum Diploma in Finance/Marketing or related
Excellent skills with Microsoft excel, power and word
Proficient in writing and communicating in English
Meticulous with details
Willingness to learn software product
Energetic and organized
Willing to travel to Singapore every quarter for 2 days ( 1 night hotel stay)
Able to start in short notice
Open only for Malaysian
JOB SCOPE :
Generate and maintain system report and dashboards.
Track and follow-up on the status of leads and opportunities weekly.
Follow-up, collect and report on week sales leads and opportunities.
Prepare sales materials with relevant content such as proposals and powerpoint presentations.
Provide analysis and feedback on reports for improvement.
Assist and facilitate ad-hoc support to team.
Coordinate with marketing colleagues for activities involving sales.
