회사의 아이덴티티를 담은 시각적 컨셉과 디자인 개발
컴퓨터 소프트웨어 혹은 수작업을 통해 로고, 배너, 랜딩 페이지, 일러스트레이션, 홍보 자료 등 다양한 매체에 걸쳐 디자인 결과물을 제작합니다.
검토 및 피드백을 위해 고위 리더에게 디자인 컨셉을 제시합니다. 피드백을 기반으로 디자인을 조정합니다.
마감일을 지키면서 동시에 여러 디자인 프로젝트를 관리합니다.
모든 디자인이 최고 수준의 품질과 정확성에 따라 제작되도록 보장합니다.
여러 부서 및 분야와 긴밀히 협력하여 디자인 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행합니다.

主な職務内容
会社のアイデンティティを表現するビジュアルコンセプトとデザインの開発
ロゴ、バナー、ランディングページ、イラスト、販促物など、様々な媒体のデザインをコンピューターソフトウェアや手作業で作成する。
デザインコンセプトをシニアリーダーに提示し、レビューとフィードバックを求める。フィードバックに基づいてデザインを調整する
複数のデザインプロジェクトを同時に管理し、納期を守る。
すべてのデザインが最高水準の品質と正確さで制作されるようにする。
デザインプロジェクトを成功させるために、部門や分野を超えて緊密に協力する。
スキルや知識を向上させるため、チームメンバーを指導する。
Description
oVice is a global B2B SaaS business, headquartered in Japan. oVice offers a two-dimensional metaverse to support our business customers realise real time collaboration and flexibility within their teams. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Marketing Department. The Senior Brand Designer is globally focussed and will work with Marketing team members across a number of regions.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop visual concepts and designs that capture the company’s identity
Create designs across a variety of mediums, such as logos, banners, landing pages, illustrations and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand
Present design concepts to senior leaders for review and feedback. Adjust designs based on feedback.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
Work closely across departments and disciplines to successfully deliver design projects.
Coach and mentor team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements

영어 또는 한국어 비즈니스 언어 능력
최소 5년 이상의 관련 업무 경력
색상, 형태, 유형 및 레이아웃을 포함한 전문적인 디자인 기본 지식에 대한 깊은 이해
Adobe Creative Suite 및 Figma와 같은 그래픽 디자인 소프트웨어에 대한 능숙도
WordPress 또는 Webflow와 같은 웹 빌더 툴을 사용하여 웹사이트 제작 및 구축해 본 경험
HTML, CSS 또는 자바스크립트에 대한 지식
3D 혹은 모션그래픽 경험
디테일에 대한 강한 주의력
다양한 부서의 이해관계자 및 외부 공급업체와 원활하게 협력할 수 있는 능숙한 협업 능력
검증된 시간 관리 능력

最低5年以上の関連業務経験

Adobe Creative SuiteやFigmaなどのグラフィックデザインソフトウェアに精通していること
Word PressまたはWebflowのようなWebビルダーツールを使用してWebサイトを作成及び実装した経験
HTML、CSS、またはJavascriptの知識

Required Skills:
Native-level Japanese language skills
Business language skills in either English or Korean
At least 5+ years of relevant work experience
Deep understanding of design principles, including colour, form, type and layout
Proficiency in graphics design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience creating and building a website using web builder tools such as WordPress or Webflow
Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript
Experience with 3D / Motion Graphics
Strong attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills to be able to work effectively across various departments and external suppliers
Proven ability to manage time effectively
Desire to pursue continuous learning and keep up to date with industry trends and best practice
