Key Account Manager at Givaudan Korea – Your future position?

As a Key Account Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan, you will be fundamental in presenting our most relevant flavours, functional & nutritional food ingredients, to some of the business’ most important customers. By working with our Sales Manager, you’ll be expected to develop and execute a business plan targeting key customers to achieve the organisation’s sales objectives. Sound interesting? As a Key Account Manager you will focus on:

Lead the key account development initiatives, make sure we deliver the incremental value to business opportunities

Achieve business targets via high quality project management and daily support to key accounts

Develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts to promote Givaudan capabilities and implement key business initiatives

Provide facilitative leadership with all stakeholders to inspire and achieve strategic objectives

Collaborate with Marketing and Technical for Innovations

Work closely with internal and external supply chain and quality department to enable product supply and problem-solving

Manage Sales forecast and competitive intelligence

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor degree, Food Science & Technology or Business related major is preferred

At least 5 years’ experience of demonstrated success in Sales preferably in flavour, functional & nutritional food ingredients or food related industry. Good understanding and commercial acumen in business of food market and consumer trends

Proven expertise in leading the development of strategy and business plans

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent Team player, Responsible, Proactive and Innovative

Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Strong Data analytical and organization skills, proficiency in using project management, technology applications

Advanced skills in MS office and good presentation skills

Proficiency in English
