REMOTE role; however, business travel required to CA, HI, and NY when needed (each branch location)

A consultants who can guide us on our business plan and compliance management.
Our business plan outlines the following key objectives:
Company Vision : “An Excellent Global Company” which is a global insurance financial group that pursues a happy society with customers.
Premium & Profit Goals : $1,000 M of direct written premium with more than $50 M of net profit within 5 year in the U.S.
Strategy in U.S : Organic and In-organic growth with expansion in specialty business area in U.S.
– Organic : Expansion of current 4 Branches and 8 States ($292m of direct written premium in 2022)
– In-Organic : M&A of a specialty insurer with a stable revenue base and easy synergies with existing branches.
[Qualifications]
We are seeking seasoned experts with robust experience as an executive in the P&C insurance field of business strategy, over all corporation management or various other categories in the top-tier insurance company. (such as within top 100 companies by M/S in the US)
