Our client, a Netherlands-based Marketing Agency, specialize in providing strategic marketing solutions to clients, helping them achieve their business goals is seeking an Operation Strategy Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the agency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective resource management.

Analyze and optimize operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Monitor and measure the performance of operational processes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive agency growth and success.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Checking up with the team and check what the current status is of everything

Checking up with the work, delegating the right tasks to the right people and help here and there where needed

Communicate properly between the owners and the team, you are the middleman so communication is key

Managing Twitter marketing team, managing Youtube marketing team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
