A dynamic and innovative Website/Mobile App Design and Digital Marketing company in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated and energetic Website & Mobile App Design Director to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to lead, and has a strong passion for web design and user experience, especially in the website and mobile industries. It requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday – Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the overall design strategy for web & mobile app projects. Lead, mentor, and inspire web / mobile app designers, ensuring continuous improvement in skills and performance. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Project Management: Oversee all design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints. Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates on project progress. Design & Innovation: Create innovative and visually appealing web designs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company’s designs are cutting-edge. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the design team. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with web & mobile app standards and are responsive across all devices. Implement a robust quality control process to maintain high design standards. Requirements / Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering high-quality web design projects. Skills: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
