Job Overview:
A highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through
our bespoke product – Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its
skills and the experience in perfume industry.
Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):

Identifying new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential leads

Conduct presentation and manage meeting with internal and external stakeholders

Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and requirements of each client

Ensuring to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction and

long term relationship

Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional

manner

Preparing and sharing regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management

Meeting/exceeding the monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets

Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Identifying opportunities for product improvements/development basis regular feedback from our

clients

Collaborating with internal stakeholders – sales and marketing team to executive sales strategies

effectively

Sharing insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales performance

Regularly staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through

training sessions and self-study

Skillsets

Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and

exceeding assigned sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both

verbal and written

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to

succeed

Proven track record as a Sales Executive or similar role,

preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a

target audience. SHe should have strong understanding for B2B sales or B2C sales, possess excellent communication

Fluent in English and Arabic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related

field is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Experience

3-5 years of experience in sales with minimum one year

Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision

makers and following the top-down approac
