As a Remote Entry Level Travel Assistant, you will provide essential support to the travel department while assisting clients with their travel arrangements. Your role includes:
Travel Coordination: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Administrative Tasks: Manage travel itineraries, process bookings, handle cancellations and modifications, and ensure accuracy in all travel documentation.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, travel profiles, and other relevant information.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, generate leads, and maximize commission opportunities.
Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company travel policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:

Previous experience in travel coordination, or a related role.

Proficiency in travel booking systems, databases, and office software.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and services is a plus.

Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
