This company is dedicated to supporting mid-high risk industries by streamlining their global banking and payments operations. Their offerings include Dedicated IBAN Accounts, Card Issuing, Cross Border Payments, and more, catering to industries such as iGaming, CBD, Travel, Crypto, and similar sectors.
Having celebrated their tenth year, the company has been profitable from the early stages without any external investment. From a team of just 12 four years ago, they have grown to over 50 employees and are continuing to expand across all divisions due to their ongoing success in new markets.
The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the second hire within the marketing team. Your main responsibilities will include managing all product-related marketing functions. This ranges from persona mapping, identifying pain points, crafting messaging, and establishing the tone of voice, to supporting the business in launching products across new verticals and locations. You will have a strong focus on data, utilizing an experimental approach to run and analyse experiments to optimize the product marketing strategy.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in product marketing with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and market research.
Extensive knowledge of the Payments industry, especially in mid-high risk sectors such as iGaming, Travel, Crypto, CBD, and similar industries.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling messaging and content tailored to various personas and market segments.
Comfort with running experiments, taking calculated risks, and learning from failures to continuously enhance the product marketing approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a remote-first culture.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
