USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
IP Strategy
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal Degrees Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical or similar degrees.
Ideally, 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in mechanical fields.
Top grades.
Outstanding writing ability is required.
USPTO admitted.
Anticipated Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $250,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
