JOB OVERVIEW
Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and proactive Marketing Admin to join our team at Plinths, an e-commerce store. This role will support our operations by handling various administrative tasks, customer service, inventory management, order processing, and other essential duties. The goal is to streamline our processes and allow our team to focus on strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage email correspondence and address customer inquiries.
– Process orders and handle returns/exchanges.
– Update product listings and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory and shipping.
– Prepare and update sales reports and performance metrics.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Create and format documents, presentations, and proposals.
– Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
– Monitor website performance and user experience.
– Handle routine administrative tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Work Schedule:
– Full-time position.
– Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM MST.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
– Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
– Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., SEO, email marketing).
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
– Familiarity with customer service best practices.
Preferred but Not Essential Skills:
– Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
Systems and Software:
– Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
