Location Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience of Pega Marketing / Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH)
Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycles
Marketing experience
Senior Decisioning architect
LDA Lead Decisioning architect
Strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions
Strong knowledge of incident management lifecycle and ability to manage critical issues
Experience of interpreting business processes into Pega capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1.
Role
Problem solving / Troubleshooting for the Technical Team Business
Managing risk to the bank the platform and the success of the team
Role Model and mentor to the rest of the Technical team
Presenting and communicating at all levels
Working independently and be self-motivated.
