We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Work-from-Home Cold Caller.
In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to generate leads and Sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using provided scripts and leads.
Introduce our products/services and identify potential client needs.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Must have a high Configuration PC/Laptop to run the VoIP Tools.
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
