We are now looking for a Moderator to join Tribute on Telegram.
Tribute is a service for monetizing Telegram channels and groups, allowing users to create paid subscriptions, send donations, manage access to channels, analyze statistics, and much more. A simple and convenient solution for content monetization. We have a small remote development team, with no complex and lengthy corporate processes. Each team member makes a significant contribution to the product’s development.
Responsibilities:
Handling a large volume of correspondence: effective management of incoming inquires to minimize waiting time and ensure timely resolution of all customer requests, * Checking content for compliance with platform rules and laws,
Reviewing and moderating video, photo, and text content,
Ensuring content quality and adherence to guidelines,
Reporting and documenting inappropriate content,
Collaborating with other departments for additional support if necessary.
Requirements:
Demonstrated stress resistance in a fast-paced environment, * Proficiency in written English at B1 level or above,
Experience as a moderator on platforms with video, photo, and text content is preferred,
Strong self-organizational skills,
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction,
Availability for full-time employment,
Ability to work a 2/2 schedule from 20:00 to 08:00 GMT+3,
Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
