The Recruitment Specialist forms an integral part of the Recruitment & Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, the overall objective of the position is to support the development of the business partner (agent) network, and to implement the marketing and recruitment plan for the region.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by:
Increased student enrollment at our client’s U.S. & Canadian campuses
Strong brand awareness in market with both local students and parents as well as business partner (agent) networks
Ongoing excitement in market around international education at any of the client’s campuses
SALES
Meet recruitment and sales targets for each partner school (by business partner and region) for territory Region
Support the Recruitment team, Vietnam and Regional Director in product training and development of recruitment partners
Deliver destination market specific sales coaching to business partners
Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit is relevant and understood within the region
Develop small agent business partners in key region
MARKETING
Assist Recruitment Marketing Manager and Regional Director, Student Recruitment in developing annual marketing plan for Regional territory
Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors
Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits and other recruitment drives
FINANCIAL
Develop and manage budget and expenses
Send monthly financial reports to Recruitment Marketing Manager
GENERAL
· Other projects as determined by the Regional Director & Senior Recruitment Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong written and oral capability in Vietnamese & English language
Possession of an Accredited University Degree and/or 1-3 years of marketing & sales experience in education industry (other industries with a focus on high value consultative sales will be considered)
Demonstrated deep relationships with business partners (agents)
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
Must possess W.I.T. – willingness to do “whatever it takes”!
International study experience strongly preferred
