Remote Maintenance Coordinator

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the competition of all priority tickets in the system and all engineering system operations

Dispatch work orders to appropriate team members, ensuring completion in a timely manner

Assist with following up with vendors to ensure a timely fix for all guests and owners

Answer incoming guest calls, placing appropriate notes in work orders

Accurately submit and close out work orders for maintenance or housekeeping deficiencies

Ability to self-motivate and take ownership while having the ability to multi-task

Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, fellow coworkers, and departments while addressing maintenance concerns

Adhere to company procedures and policies

Ensure Resort standards are followed at all times while maintaining a safe and positive work environment

Attend all scheduled meetings where presence is required

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with business demands

Ensure inventory is up-to-date at all times

Completing any other task/duties assigned

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements

Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills

Administrative experience of at least 2 years is required. Resort experience is a plus.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

Must be able to work independently or as a team

Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs is required.

Nice to Haves:

Vacation rental industry experience, working with VRBO, AirBnB, etc.

PMS experience in the rental and hotel industry.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Internet speed minimum 30mbps
– i5 8th Gen or higher
– Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
– Minimum of 8 GB RAM
– Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
– Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
– Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
