Job Description
At Experian Health, our employees have the opportunity to shape more than products – they shape the future of U.S. healthcare.
Reporting to the Manager of Implementation Services, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementation of Experian Health products from kick-off through transition in collaboration with other teams.
You will have the opportunity to:

Collect revenue metrics and product Indicators for the assigned implementation portfolio

Understand Experian Health’s suite of products and how best to use them within several types of client settings

Leverage existing workflow strategies that embeds and enhances our products within a client’s workflow

Perform gap analysis and make changes to workflow documents

Assess revenue cycle operations, make best-practice recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, change management, and deliver the results of analysis that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results

Monitor adoption and value delivered during implementation cycle

Provide technical teams necessary information to complete implementation build based on discussions had during workflow assessments

Manage project plans in partnership with PMO from original concept through final implementation, including scope, schedule, and resources using designated tools and templates

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3-5 years front end healthcare revenue cycle experience

Must have EPIC 278 or HL7 experience

Knowledge of project management processes, tools and documentation

Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry·

Approximately 25% travel expected
