The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to internal and external clients, including, but not limited to, partnering with Community Association Managers, Assistant Community Association Managers, Homeowners, and Association Service Providers.
Job Activities

Manage review, assignment, and follow-up for Association Work Orders

Follow-up with service providers and vendors via the system, email, or phone.

Manage deadlines relating to Work Order Tasks.

Document actions taken with system notes

Escalate items requiring support to higher-level Community Support team members or the Community Manager.

Manage, review, and process non-complex Design Review Committee or Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications from homeowners.

Monitor for status and timelines of ARC Applications and maintain system records as needed.

Update vendors assigned to the Community as directed by the Community Management team

Other duties and special projects as assigned

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Regular Schedule: 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Manila Time

Daylight saving in the USA: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Manila Time

MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH

Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.

Around 2 years of experience with customer service-related positions.

Availability to work a graveyard shift.

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS

CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor

RAM: 2 GB or more

Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)

Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
