Position: Provider Services Representative
Location: Full Remote (Must be local to Omaha for in-person meetings)
Salary: $20 – $22 per hour

Summary:
The Provider Services Representative supports the Provider Services Team by receiving, researching, and responding to provider inquiries. Key functions include resolving provider inquiries related to claims, eligibility, and other issues, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of tasks, and maintaining professional communication standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage PR Mailbox: Handle incoming inquiries from providers, ensuring each inquiry is researched and directed to the appropriate Provider Services Representative (PR Rep).
Research and Assignment: Utilize the system to look up provider details such as location and type, then match these details to the correct PR Rep. Copy/paste emails into Salesforce and assign them to the appropriate PR Rep.
Backlog Management: Address existing backlog and ensure new inquiries are assigned out the same day.
Special Projects: As the backlog becomes manageable, there may be opportunities to engage in special projects, potentially involving provider interaction requiring the highest level of professional courtesy.
Desired Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Flexible hours within standard business hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Option to adjust break time from 1 hour to 30 minutes
Must-Have Requirements:
Medical Office Experience
