JOB OVERVIEW
Remote Receptionist Responsibilities:
Full Time Remote Receptionist will answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner and schedule roofing, siding, window, doors, and gutter inspections for our on-site staff. This includes taking detailed messages and noting them in the right file, and ensuring timely responses. Assist with inside sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable services. Maintain customer records and update information in the Acculynx system. Follow-up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Route phone calls to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers or departments.
Weekly Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls.
Schedule Inspections for on-site staff.
Answer customer questions.
Take detailed notes and record them in the correct file.
Send text reminders for upcoming appointments for customers.
