JOB OVERVIEW
Job Overview:
We are looking for individuals to interact with fans on behalf of social media accounts, This position requires high intuition and emotional intelligence (EQ) to identify and engage with fans on social media who have the potential to spend more, ensuring authentic and engaging conversations. Our goal is to secure high-value sales and significant revenue through active fan engagement. The pay will be $3,500.
Key Responsibilities:
– Chat with fans on social media in real-time
– Use intuition and EQ to pinpoint and connect with high-potential customers.
– Maintain genuine and engaging conversations.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 coverage of accounts.
– Work in one of the following shifts (EST time zones):
– Morning: 4am-12pm
– Afternoon: 12pm-8pm
– Night: 8pm-4am
Qualifications:
– Strong intuition and emotional intelligence.
– Excellent communication and engagement skills.
– Availability for at least 5 days a week, ideally 6 days
