As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will support the daily work of sales team. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

# Sales Support:
– Documentation
– Sample Oil request (repack, labeling, delivery)
– Olf Description download
– NBO
– Quotation (e-Scential, IBIS, price list maintenance)
– Admin Support for client visit in office
– Express service
– Create project in IBIS
– External Communication with customer (delivery, price etc)
– Market Sample request
– Formula Transfer
– Application Request
# e-S Support:
– To work with e-S coordinator for Collection management: physical oil library & e-S system
– To support e-S coordinator for related e-S programme & events
– To support e-S coordinator on daily e-S request/ projects
