Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading international BPO consultancy. Together, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients’ team in Croatia.
Position: Recruiter
Locations and work model: remote (anywhere in Croatia)
Employment type: full time contract
Remuneration model: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed
Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients vacancies
Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
Communicate interview results to candidates
Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression
Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in French OR Italian OR German OR Dutch, both verbal and written
Mandatory to have excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 English language
Previous recruitment experience in BPO, RPO or recruitment agencies will be consideread as a big advantage
Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Maintain a confident and positive attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
Display strong organizational and administrative skills
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Ability to take direction
Understanding of importance of market building
Understanding of importance of using CRMs.
