Commercial Finance Leader – Remote Work Available!
Our client are a global leader in medical tech, recruiting a Commercial Finance Leader. You’ll manage finance activities, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, guiding capital allocation and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead annual business planning with the Commercial Finance Manager.
– Lead commercial planning projects.
– Collaborate with global HQ.
– Work with Japan FP&A team to develop forecasts.
– Deliver financial information on pricing, margin, and cost productivity for decision-making.
– Address risks and opportunities to meet commercial targets.
– Manage commercial spending and investment benefits, including marketing costs.
– Support deal structuring; ensure proper pricing and margin protection.
Required Qualifications:
– 8+ years of relevant financial work experience.
– Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Controllership, SOX, and GAAP.
– Proficient in financial systems/applications (Oracle, SAP, BI tools) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, Power Query).
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
