Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team (Qualification, the launch of assessed customers, and IQ-related tasks)

Ensure high quality of the Data delivered and ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practice

Respond to escalations, data and queries from internal and external customers

Daily task allocation, resource planning and coaching of the Team

Ensure that individual, team and company objectives (defined SLA and KPIs) are met

Trigger training requirements of team members and make follow-ups to ensure a good level of expertise

Be commendable, lead by example and ensure a positive attitude in the team

Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and coaching of newcomers to ensure a smooth integration

Participate in and promote collaboration on initiatives and projects to improve on existing process and/or develop new processes in-line with EcoVadis innovation strategies

Additional responsibilities related to the function as and when required.

Qualifications

Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) or any equivalent qualification

Minimum of 3 years experience

Experience in managing a team or training team members

High proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated

Experience in data research, data entry or data management will be an advantage

Required skills:

Understanding of businesses, processes, and organizational structure, previous project/process management experience is preferred

Able to multitask, coordinate and prioritize duties and tasks

Excellent organizational and presentation skills, autonomous and self-driven

Must be a “people person” & a connector. Be seen as an ambassador to other departments.
