📌JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a reputable Safari Company, with a portfolio of Lodges in Botswana & Zambia to recruit an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER
Please Note: This is a live-out Maun based position
Requirements

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

5 years operational experience in the hospitality industry, managing multiple properties preferably in remote locations.

Solid technical working knowledge of operations both front and back of house including – vehicles, solar plants, maintenance.

An excellent working knowledge of financial accounting including budgeting process.

Previous experience managing procurement, logistics, and transportation processes

Computer literate, with strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.

Highly focused on customer service and world class standards and building strong internal, guest and supplier relationships.

Stable employment history and contactable references.

Start – ASAP or on issue of work permit
