Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote (Based in India, working with APAC clients)
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST
Experience Level: 3-10+ years

Key Responsibilities:
·Identify and acquire new clients for Direct Hire Placements, C2C engagements, MSP programs, and Vendor management in the APAC.
·Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
·Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
·Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
·3-10+ years of experience in business development within staffing and recruitment.
·Proven success in acquiring and managing clients.
·Strong communication and sales skills.
