For this role we expect you have minimum 8 years of experience working within sales and minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing leaders within different disciplines in a sales function, including profit/loss responsibility. You have excellent English level.
Your responsibilities
• Accountable for executing and adapting the sales strategy to local prerequisites and drive country Sales in order to maximise growth and create an excellent customer experience
• Accountable for achieving country business goals thus meeting set business outcomes
• Identify new and additional remote sales opportunities in order to increase growth
• Initiate and lead in best practice Sales, by promoting state of the art selling knowledge and techniques across Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP), thus maximizing sales and promoting a proactive approach
• Participate and provide input to the Country RCMP Management Team, with a continuous focus on driving the best customer and co-worker experience across all areas of the RCMP
• Contribute with input to the RCMP country goal-setting process, in order to secure Sales perspectives are taken into account
• Lead, coach and develop the country sales team, promoting individual growth and securing a high performing team of passionate experts
• Contribute with input to Demand & Capacity and Planning, Scheduling & Intraday team in order to optimise team productivity and effectiveness
• Build and manage close relations to selling team within Commercial in order to capture state of the art selling knowledge and techniques
About this work area
In this position you are expected to drive Remote Sales (main channels: chat, phone and video meetings) in the country, by executing and maximizing the impact of the global Remote Sales strategy.
You will also deliver Sales and Customer goals via a highly engaged team, creating best experience for remote customers and co-workers.
And last but not least, you will lead and manage the operational remote sales team within the country in alignment with the group sales counterpart.
