Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern design tools and methodologies, and to develop your skills in a real-world setting.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma and Webflow.
Passion for creating user-centered designs and improving user experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience with health tech projects and ventures is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a startup environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design challenges and technologies.
Health tech application design experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available design solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to develop and maintain user interface designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Contribute to existing design documentation and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Ensure that design solutions are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
