Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They’ve been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.
As a Senior Process Mining Specialist, your primary role is to identify our clients’ strategic priorities and guide our project team in developing data-driven process insights. Your goal is to ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. You will consistently utilize the latest features and functionalities of leading process mining software, including Celonis EMS, ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS, and UiPath Process Mining.
Your tasks will include:
Translating business objectives into high-impact use cases
Leading the project implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the defined use cases
Using Celonis technologies to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer
Leading the value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies
Quantifying the business and financial potential and present the findings to the management
Automating tasks to drive value and improve the process conformance rate
Defining the most relevant KPIs measuring the customer’s success
Ensuring the enablement of the customer to continuously improve processes * Setting the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen
To be a good fit for the Senior Process Mining Specialist role, you will have:
3-5 years of professional experience in IT-Consulting, Process Improvement, Management Consulting or similar fields
At least 18 months in utilizing Celonis or other renowned Process Mining tools such as ABBYY Timeline, ARIS, SAP Signavio or UiPath Process Mining
Skills in leveraging these tools to craft custom visualizations and dashboards for process analysis and process insight identification
Excellent communication abilities and enjoys client interaction at various levels
Deep interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, and Process Mining, and is driven to consistently advance their skills and knowledge
Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
Capability of establishing the data pipeline (setting up source system connections/employing flat files, using SQL to alter data, forming data models) – this is a nice-to-have, not a requisite
