Job Description
Talent and Culture Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated “Talent and Culture Specialist” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive company culture, enhancing team engagement, and managing HR operations and recruitment. This role is crucial in ensuring our remote work environment remains dynamic, productive, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture and Team Engagement (60%):
Be a culture champion, who animates our core values and desired behaviors in a way that inspires others to do the same
Find creative ways to let people “Connect and Bond”, which is one of our core values by organizing virtual events, team-building activities, and annual meet-ups
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
Implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions.
HR Operations (20%):
Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect the evolving needs of a remote workforce.
Recruitment (20%):
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract top talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, with a focus on culture and team engagement in a remote work environment.
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
