Randstad is looking for Customer Service Agents to work for our client in the Medical Testing Industry. This is a 8 week contract. To find out more, read below.
Type: 8-10 week contract
Start Date: August 19th, 2024
Hours: Full time with full availability between 8am – 8 pm Monday – Friday
Salary: $18.81
Location: Work from Home

Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional client support on health testing policies and procedures
– Booking clients for testing appointments
– Assist clients with registration, obtaining results and technical issues
– Ensure personal KPIs are met through timely responses and resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, issues, escalations and incidents
– Resolve and escalate issues
– Adhere to policies and procedures
– Successfully work in a very fast paced and hectic environment
– Work independently and as a team player
Qualifications
– Mandatory 1 Year experience in a Call Centre environment
– Have exceptional communication skills
– Experience hitting KPI targets (Average hold time, quality assurance, call quality and monitoring targets)
– Have a secure and quiet work space at home with no interruptions
– Have a hard wired internet source and obtain a minimum of 15 MBPS Download speed and 10 MBPS Upload speed
