About the Company We are a U.S.based company specializing in Construction. We are seeking motivated and talented callcenter agents to join our team remotely. Our goal is to provide topnotch service and create appointments with potential customers through outbound cold calling.
Job DescriptionAs a Remote CallCenter Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, making appointments, and convincing them to engage with our services. This is a longterm position, and we are looking for strong salespeople who can effectively communicate and persuade.
The role involves
Outbound cold calling to potential customers
Scheduling appointments and following up
Using sales skills to convert leads into appointments
Meeting daily and weekly targets Qualifications
Strong Sales Skills Ability to persuade and convert leads into appointments.
Excellent English Communication Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Good Computer and Internet Connection Essential for remote work.
Experience Prior experience in a call center or sales is preferred.
Construction Knowledge A plus, but not required.
Bonus Structure Performancebased bonuses available for top performers.
