Provide strategic support to both the CEO and COO, anticipating needs and offering solutions. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in executive administration or operations management. Strong leadership, communication, training, and project management skills. Comfort using video conferencing platforms like Zoom for internal meetings and virtual events. A solid understanding of what contributes to successful virtual events (a plus). Familiarity with ClickUp, a project management tool (a plus).
