Our client, a world class provider of personalized marketing solutions and high value promotional products for businesses and professionals in every industry at low factory direct pricing is seeking for dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic Tele-Sales Agents (m/d/f) to achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate (m/f/d) has already gained at least 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales, upselling, outbound, lead generation or a customer facing support environment with additional sales/telephone sales expertise and affinity. You will be supporting existing customers/B2B and provide an excellent added value in tele sales while sustaining the long- lasting relationships. No cold-calling is required.
Your tasks:
· Support of existing customers and sale of additional benefits
· Manage a database to achieve sales and performance goals
· Maintain customer relationships to ensure all issues are resolved
· Control and management of the order and verification with the internal database
· At certain intervals, you will share all relevant updates during online meetings
· Keep your knowledge of our products and processes up to date
· Receive ongoing training, support and coaching from your manager
· Any other tasks/projects as directed by management
Our requirements:
· Fluency in the required language in German, Danish or Norwegian+ good English
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, building relationships with key decision makers
· Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations
· Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills
· You can work under pressure and remain professional
· You have a high level of empathy, understand customer needs and can take self-initiative
· You can work autonomously and a good team-player with a team
· Excellent PC skills essential
