Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing
Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
digital marketing, particularly in SEO, PPC, SMM and lead generation strategies. You will be responsible for driving traffic, generating quality leads, and optimizing our online presence to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage SEO, PPC, SMM campaigns across various
platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Plan and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential
customers * Optimize landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversion rates
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign
performance * Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights
and recommendations * Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, SMM and lead
generation * Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation activities
The Successful Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a plus
3+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, SMM and lead generation. iGaming experience
for the Curaçao license is a must * Proven track record of successful SEO, PPC, SMM campaigns and lead generation
initiatives * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Proficiency in SEO, PPC, SMM tools and platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics,
etc.) * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously * Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Self-reliant – ability to work independently
