Finance Business Partner, FMCG (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)
Our client are a multinational FMCG maker, recruiting a Finance Business Partner. You’ll support sales and business unit forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Our client offers flexible / remote / hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and improve net sales forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Provide support for revenue management, deal analysis, access strategy, and financial impacts of business segments.
– Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior leadership.
– Meet regularly with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics and address business unit challenges.
– Work with Trade Revenue Management; optimize trade terms and integrate business mix into sales assumptions.
– Build new reporting processes and update existing ones.
Qualifications:
– 5 years relevant experience in finance / accounting
– Experience in FMCG / consumer goods.
– CPA (preferred)
– Must be fluent in Japanese
