IIBA-AAC (Agile Analysis Certification)
PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Min Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis
Experience with Agile methodologies
Prefered Requirements
Experience in research administration systems
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Angular, Git, Jenkins, Oracle, and Jaspersoft
Experience with staff augmentation projects
Skill Set
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Agile practices and tools
Requirements gathering and documentation skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle
