My client is a national general contractor with a strong foothold in the retail construction market. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team to run the full project life cycle from concept to completion.
Responsible for all project operations while working closely with owners and internal/external project teams
Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures
Lead the ground-up construction projects
Creates and reviews project schedules
Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery
Establishes and fosters relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion
Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees
Travel a few days per month

Base Salary $110,000+, based on experience
