My client is a National General Contractor looking for a Project Manager with experience in retail construction. An individual in this role will be expected to collaborate with teams remotely and have an all hands on deck mindset. This role requires 0-8 days/month travel across the U.S. to lead projects.
Run the full project life cycle supported by a Project Coordinator who does subcontractor solicitation, admin, etc.
Manage the trades & client relationships
Travel: 3-4 days/month – might travel more than that some months & not travel at all other months.
Sometimes jobs last a few weeks, sometimes 3-4 months depending on if it’s a quick or major remode

Well Established National Contractor with a Focus on Retail Construction|Lucrative Compensation Package & Per Diem

5+ years of construction experience (minimum 3+ years PM experience)

Interior retail project experience w/ a GC (if they have owner’s experience most recently also need commercial GC experience)

Experience working on fast moving projects or in a remote role is a plus

Good communicator

Proficient computer skills

Base salary of $100,000 – $110,000
