You’ll manage commercial accounting activities across the region, ensuring compliance, and supporting finance, commercial operations, and legal teams.

– 収益認識および契約慣行に関するガイダンスの提供
– 契約プロセスに対する強力なコントロールを維持し、正確な会計処理を確保
– 収益認識方針に関するトレーニングの実施
– 貸借対照表の管理
– 四半期ごとの決算プロセス、一貫したアカウント調整、財務報告の確保
– 財務諸表および開示情報の作成と分析
– 業務改善のためのLEANおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーションイニシアチブの推進
必要な資格・経験：
– 8年以上の会計または財務の経験
– 米国会計基準（U.S. GAAP）/国際財務報告基準（IFRS）およびSEC報告ルールの知識
– 財務システム（例：Oracle, Hyperion）の経験
– 公認会計士（CPA）の資格（歓迎）
– クロスファンクショナルチームやマトリックス組織での経験（歓迎）
– SOX要件の経験（歓迎）
