Typical Day in the Life
In this role, you will serve as a firmwide resource for transfer pricing related matters and will be exposed to a wide range of issues and projects. This position can be based out of any of our office locations or work from home.
A typical day as a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager/Director might include the following:
Manage and perform technical review of transfer pricing projects, including review and analysis of client data, calculations, and supporting documentation.
Manage and oversee detailed financial and economic modeling and empirical analyses.
Manage client deadlines and workflow for multiple parties, including internal and external clients.
Coordinate work and collaborate with other tax and audit colleagues globally.
Provide transfer pricing controversy support.
Build relationships and go to market with internal client relationship executives, business development executives, industry leaders, and their teams.
Capitalize on professional experiences to develop business.
Develop and mentor existing staff and recruit experienced staff to help grow the transfer pricing practice.
Develop and present technical training materials for both internal and external clients addressing transfer pricing issues and technical developments.
Produce written thought leadership pieces for internal and external distribution.
Participate in professional association meetings and forums.
Qualifications:
Who You Are
You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or another relevant discipline.
You have a minimum of 8 years of transfer pricing experience.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have the ability to work at a fast pace, often with shifting responsibilities.
You work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.
You are a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of projects.
You possess strong research, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $135,000-$200,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
