We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our client who’s building an offshore team in Philippines for the first time. This is a pioneering role and in this role, you will initially support the Founder by managing a variety of administrative tasks. As the first member of the team in the Philippines, you will play a crucial role in establishing effective processes and systems. Over time, there may be opportunities to grow into a managerial position, such as Operations Manager or Office Manager, depending on your skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

As the pioneering role, you will work closely with the Founder as an individual contributor.

Take on a range of administrative tasks to support the Founder, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining a professional image in all client interactions.

Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Follow up on leads and assist in pitching services to prospective clients.

Process Development: Help establish and refine administrative processes and systems within the team.

Adapt to a variety of tasks as needed, including wearing multiple hats until additional team members are onboarded.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in project management or the ability to demonstrate project management skills.

HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal

Experience following up on leads and pitching services to prospective clients
