How to Apply: Copy and Paste the Link below in the browser to generate the application form: Upgrade to see actual info Rate: $585.00/month and earn up to 33,300 PHP Schedule: We need 24hrs coverage for this, so whatever schedule is possible Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred. – Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or patient intake roles. – Experience with insurance verification, authorization processes, and third-party reimbursement. – Strong understanding of state, federal, and ACHC regulatory requirements related to patient intake and referrals. – Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of referrals and scheduling tasks. – Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Community Liaisons, referral sources, and the field team. – Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in processing patient information and coordinating care. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. – Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality. – Flexibility to work with different teams and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities: – Monitors partner portals for incoming referrals. – Work directly with Community Liaisons to process potential and new patient information. – Carries out daily patient referral and intake operations including implementation and execution of intake best practices. – Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and ACHC referral/intake regulatory requirements. – Directs the implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure patients are admitted in accordance with policy. – Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources. . – Ensures maximum third-party reimbursement through direct oversight of insurance verification and authorization processes. – Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Hospice contractual relationships and ensures that patients are admitted according to contract provisions. – Process authorization & scheduling notes in HospiceMD software. – Plot and schedule visits. Work with the field team to find staffing coverage. – Collaborate with the utilization review and authorization teams. Work with others in a flexible and cooperative manner.
