Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to set appointments for our showing agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from potential clients and address their inquiries.

Make follow-up calls to potential clients to confirm appointments.

Schedule and coordinate appointments for showing agents based on availability.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

Communicate effectively with showing agents to ensure they are informed of their schedules.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an appointment setting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
