Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
This is a pivotal role where you will oversee both recruitment and support talent management processes. You will coordinate all aspects of recruitment, from planning to onboarding, including developing job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Additionally, you’ll support people leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing HR guidance. Your role will include preparing reports, drafting policies, and facilitating culture and wellbeing initiatives to foster employee engagement and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, from planning to onboarding: recruitment planning, reviewing and updating position descriptions, developing job advertisements, screening applications, organizing interviews, conducting reference checks, arranging pre-employment checks and providing letters of offers.
Maintain and update candidate management information and files.
Design and manage the candidate experience to reflect the company’s values.
Provide recruitment support to internal recruiting managers
Own and improve the recruitment model and process.
Talent Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to people leaders throughout the employee appointment process, ensuring smooth onboarding and induction procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files.
Provide administrative assistance during employment changes such as promotions, transfers, and departures.
Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a respectful and professional transition.
Provide guidance and support to both employees and people leaders on HR-related inquiries and issues.
Prepare talent and recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Assist in drafting and implementing employee policies that align with the values and regulatory requirements.
Support the talent review and performance review processes to facilitate employee development and growth.
Coordinate, promote, and facilitate culture and wellbeing programs.
Requirements
Atleast 2 years of experience
Demonstrated experience in operations or administrative roles within Talent teams, showcasing your ability to support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes effectively.
Strong integrity with a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and professional interaction with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, positivity, and flexibility in managing competing priorities.
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, filing systems, and administrative tasks.
Collaborative team player with a demonstrated capacity to contribute effectively within a team-oriented environment.
