On-Call Specialist for Visiting Angels of Northern Arizona
POSITION PURPOSE:
As an On-Call Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound calls from Clients, Management and Caregivers with the highest level of customer service and communication skills. This is a REMOTE position.
RATE:
Stipend of $225 / week
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be available to WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
Manage all inbound and outbound calls after business hours.
On-Call will last for 1 week at a time, averaging 2 weeks / month
Friday – Friday : 4:30 pm – 8:30 am (daily)
Saturday – Sunday : (all day)
Provide high quality communication of services and information.
Identify and resolve priority issues.
Transfer/transcribe information to the appropriate resource.
Document all call information per standard operating procedures and ensure appropriate individuals are informed.
Maintain Excellent, kind and respectful communication with all staff members.
This position is eligible for benefits (health, vision, dental).
QUALIFICATION:
Experience with a call center or customer support role preferred.
Must have excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with various personality types.
Must be organized and able to multi-task.
Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision.
