Our client is a global game designer company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
This position specializes in GAME OPERATIONS, involving the following tasks:
Designing in-game features, maintaining, and operating the game’s development.
Monitoring the game’s development metrics and devising strategies to enhance player quality.
Developing game ideas according to plans, designing in-game events, and increasing project revenue.
Analyzing KPIs
Understanding game mechanics
Designing game mechanics
Designing in-game features
Designing events
Interdepartmental communication
Requirements
Experience: at least 2 years in GAME OPERATIONS
Comprehensive knowledge of the overall gaming market and a good grasp of players’ needs and desires.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to organize tasks and solve problems efficiently to find optimal solutions while ensuring deadlines are met within limited timeframes.
Quick adaptability to job requirements.
[PREFERRED]
Passionate about, enjoys, plays, and researches games.
Experience in game production planning.
Ability to read and analyze data.
Ability to make judgments based on logical reasoning.
Knowledge or experience in game programming.
