The Workplace Solutions team is seeking a Project Manager to be part of our exciting technology modernization journey. You will lead an agile team (program car) focusing on Quality Assurance across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):

Project Manager I: $95,000 – $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

Project Manager II: $115,000 – $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. * Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.

Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Serves as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful Program Increment planning and execution.
Acts as a process expert in Quality Assurance, educating the team in best practices, associated Agile methodologies and ensuring adherence to the SAFe framework.
Manages project planning, execution and delivery, including financial analysis and issue resolution.
Builds and leads high-performing teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Drives the implementation or enhancement of business system and technology solutions while promoting continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
5-7+ years of Project Management experience in IT including managing project planning, execution and delivery, financial analysis and problem resolution.
Scrum Master Experience: Leads and facilitates Scrum events and ceremonies, removing impediments, and educating/ensuring teams follow Agile principles.
Experience supporting the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
Demonstrated track record of effective collaboration with all levels of the organization including partnering with individual contributors and leadership on high-visibility projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication: Fosters strong stakeholder relationships and ensures effective collaboration.
You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Business Administration/Management Information Systems).
Project Management, Scrum Master, and SAFe certifications.
Insurance industry experience.
