Key Responsibilities:
Manage the online store on the Magento platform, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory management, and promotions.
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Monitor website performance and work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues.
Use Zendesk to manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency with the Magento e-commerce platform, including backend management and customization.
Experience using Zendesk.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, digital marketing and online sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B e-commerce environments.
Work Environment:
Candidates can either work from our offices at the CBD or Orchard Road, or remotely.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience.
10% commission on sales above the target.
Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
